Our firm was established on 1 February 1946. The firm was named "A.W. Metz, C.A. Geiger" after its two founders and was the first company specialized in trademark consultancy in Switzerland. | |

After the death of his business partner Arthur W. Metz changed the company name to A.W. Metz & Co. He contributed this unincorporated company to another company, Intermark Index AG, which he
established in 1960 and which was renamed A.W. Metz & Co. AG in 1980. | |

Since 1980 the firm has been managed by Martin W. Metz, the son of the founder. The firm has around 30 employees. We offer a broad range of consultancy services in all matters of trademark law. | |
